Short answer: of the tours we priced, the cheapest guided Louvre visit is the museum’s own. Its English “Welcome to the Louvre” tour costs EUR 12 on top of the ticket: EUR 44 in total if you are not a citizen or resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), EUR 34 if you are. The lowest guided price we could confirm on a Klook or KKday listing’s own page is EUR 72.45, read with no date picked. The online tours cost more, but they offer more start times, and some cap the group at 6 to 15.
We checked two traps before you book: some “from” prices are the price for EU residents only, and two KKday listings at EUR 79 sell a host who walks you to the Mona Lisa; KKday’s page says this is not a guided visit.

What does the museum’s own tour cost?
The museum sells its own guided tour, “Welcome to the Louvre”, for EUR 12. Entry is not included, so add the ticket: EUR 32 from outside the EEA, EUR 22 for EEA citizens and residents. That makes EUR 44 or EUR 34. The tour lasts about 1 hour 30 minutes and runs in English at 11:00 and 14:00, and also at 18:00 and 19:00 on Fridays.

Pick the big group if price matters most. On the four Klook listings with a group choice, the prices we checked after clicking each option show a group of 6 costing EUR 24.10 to EUR 60 more than a group of up to 20. Of these four, the skip-the-line tour has the lowest big-group price, EUR 89 (EUR 98.10 on most dates), EUR 45 more than the museum’s own tour for a visitor from outside the EEA.

Pick the Klook morning tour for a small group with a stated cap: 1 to 10 people, 3 hours, 10:30 to 13:30, EUR 125.35 (ticket and fee not confirmed). We checked the others: the quiet-time tour states up to 15, and the walking tour lists groups of six at 14:45 and 18:30. Host or guide: what do you get for EUR 79?
Book the EUR 89 guided option if you want a tour. We checked both KKday listings at EUR 79: KKday’s page says this option is not a guided visit, but a host who takes you through the entrance to the Mona Lisa, and then you explore alone. The first listing also sells a guided option for EUR 89, with the ticket and an English-speaking guide ticked. The second sells only the host.

Take the museum’s own audio guide if you do not need a person: it costs EUR 6. The KKday audio app costs EUR 6.49 and does not include a ticket: its page says to buy entry separately. With the museum’s ticket, either one comes to EUR 38 or EUR 38.49 for a visitor from outside the EEA. That is EUR 5.51 to EUR 6 less than the museum’s guided tour.

The Louvre closes every Tuesday, says its hours page. It opens 09:00 to 18:00 on Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, and 09:00 to 21:00 on Wednesday and Friday. Last entry is 1 hour before closing. Entry is free for everyone on the first Friday of the month after 18:00, except in July and August, and on 14 July.
On 2026-10-23 the museum’s page also announced a one-day closure on Saturday 24 October 2026, with refunds for that day. Check the page for closures before you book.
