Short answer: on 2026-10-16 we compared seven day tours from Rome on Klook and KKday, from EUR 79.69 to EUR 272 per adult. Rule: compare what each price lists before you compare the totals. Pompeii costs EUR 79.69 with a transfer and a ticket, or EUR 173 with an English guide, the ticket and a pizza lunch. The Capri tour, the dearest, showed no departure before 2027-05-15.

We read seven product pages on 2026-10-16 and took a screenshot of each. Every price below is a “from” price for one adult. What you pay depends on the package and the date you choose.

Three tours go to Pompeii, and they list different things. Klook’s EUR 79.69 tour lists a round trip and a skip-the-line ticket, and its stops are self-guided. KKday’s EUR 173 tour lists an English guide, the ticket and a pizza lunch. Klook’s EUR 87.40 tour adds a Naples stop in three tiers, and we read only its “from” price.

The EUR 93.31 between the cheapest and the dearest covers a lunch and an English-speaking guide on the KKday page. The Klook page also lists a tour guide, but its stops are self-guided. If you want to walk Pompeii on your own, the cheaper tour already lists the ticket.

Two dates matter on the Klook pages. Until 2026-10-31 the EUR 79.69 day adds Sorrento and a limoncello tasting, and from 2026-11-02 the page says it is redesigned around Pompeii alone. We read no price for that version, so the EUR 79.69 row describes the Sorrento version. From 2026-11-01 the Naples tour page says English and Spanish need 2 people to run.

Florence and Pisa in one day: is it too much?

It is a 14-hour day. The Klook tour leaves Roma Tiburtina at 07:00 and returns at 21:00, for EUR 127.20 from. The itinerary gives an hour and a half at Pisa and 2 hours 45 minutes in Florence, both self-guided. The rest of the day is on the bus.

  • Group size is 1 to 100, so the coach can be large. Free cancellation runs until 24 hours before.
  • The “what’s included” list names admission to the Accademia Gallery. It also lists meals and tips, so the list runs included and excluded items together. The itinerary has no Accademia stop, so we could not tell what the price covers there.

The lunch is in both prices, so compare the stops, not the totals. Klook’s EUR 108.10 tour lists Civita di Bagnoregio, Orvieto, a 3-course lunch and a 5-wine tasting. KKday’s EUR 179 tour lists Orvieto, Assisi and a lunch. The two share only Orvieto.

Klook’s day returns at 19:30 and has an English-speaking guide. The KKday page lists English and Spanish and a church dress code, knees and shoulders covered. It gave no duration.

Capri from Rome: when does it run?

On 2026-10-16 the KKday Capri tour showed an earliest departure of 2027-05-15, so we found no date before then. It costs EUR 272 for an adult and EUR 217.60 for a child aged 3 to 7. The price lists a guide, a ferry ticket to Capri and back, and a Blue Grotto visit.

  • You meet at 06:45 near Piazza della Repubblica, and the tour departs at 07:00. Free cancellation runs until 32 days before.
  • If the grotto is closed by weather or sea, the page says a land visit replaces it, or the Faraglioni rocks. We read no refund rule for that.
  • KKday shows 3.6 from 8 ratings. That is too few ratings to lean on.

What does the price leave out, and what limits apply?

What is left out of the “from” price? Tips and personal costs, on the three Klook pages that list them. The Florence itinerary leaves lunch as free time. A guide is a separate tier on the Naples tour, and we did not read the tier prices.
Do you need ID? The Klook Pompeii page asks for a passport or ID that matches the booking name. Entry can be refused if it does not.
Does the tour run? The KKday Assisi tour needs 6 travellers. KKday Pompeii and Capri showed a “guaranteed departure” label. Itineraries shift with traffic and weather, as five of the seven pages say.
How long is the day? The clock times show 12 to 14 hours. Pompeii runs from 07:30 to 19:30, and the Florence tour from 07:00 to 21:00.
What about children? Klook Pompeii charges the adult rate from age 8. KKday charges a child price for ages 3 to 7: EUR 138.40 on Pompeii and EUR 217.60 on Capri.

What this page could not check

We read no Trenitalia price, and the official Rome transit page did not load. So we do not say a tour is cheaper or dearer than going alone to Orvieto, Naples or Pisa. Ostia Antica and Tivoli have no tour in this table. We also did not read the guided tier prices on the Naples tour, the private tours or seats left. Prices can change after 2026-10-16.
